Shiogama form Yamayuki,a purveyor to many famous restrants.
Of tha amount,we carefully select only tuna with a beautuful gradation of fat.

"SUSHI AU" will open in Shibuya in July 2023.
The "AU" store's name comes form the Japanese word "encounter"
Which means a chance or fatefull encounter.
